If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement (if it is a fine art print) or refund within 14 days of which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for commissioned paintings).
Shipping fees are not covered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com informing us about why you decided to return your item. If your return is accepted, I'll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Custom commissions cannot be returned. To prevent that, be sure to review the commission with me until you're 100% satisfied with the product before the shipping.
You will then be emailed the address to which to send your items.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds or replacements for damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
